Diocese of Ferns - Vocations

Each of us has our own personal calling in life, something that we know to be the right thing for us to do. There’s a great sense of security and comfort when we realise where life’s journey is leading us and when we feel content and happy with the decisions and choices we make in life.

Men who become Priests have felt that this is their calling in life and they have spent much time and preparation in following this calling. Those who have made the decision to become Priests in The Diocese of Ferns have been assisted in this by a process which is designed by the Diocese to help people discern if this is a genuine call to serve as a Priest.
